We are a dynamic and innovative design team who strive to provide fast and reliable services at unbeatable prices. After more than 25 years in the industry I (Dave) saw a massive problem that wasn’t being addressed. The average amount of time spent designing a new home and having structural engineering drawings completed is 8-10 weeks. Quite often it takes a lot longer. This is a drain on the clients time and of course their money. We knew we could turn the entire industry upside down if we could reduce this time to 1 week and cut the price by at least 50%. This is how Australian House Design Group was born.

We have spent countless hours designing hundreds of new homes, town houses, granny flats, duplex’s, dual occupancy homes and unit developments. Our goal is to have a streamlined system and one stop shop for buying house designs online and completely avoid the headaches of designing a home from scratch. In the process we save our clients thousands of dollars in design fees. Builders, developers and investors love us as we save them a fortune in expensive down time.

With a combined 70 years experience in the industry and an open Building Designers licence, our team are fully qualified to work on projects of any size.  Our main office is in Brisbane QLD and all of our staff are based in Australia. We guarantee that none of our work is sent overseas unlike other design companies.
